Glowadin's Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging. However, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used. Please carefully check your order upon receipt before opening any sealed packaging.

2. Damaged or Defective Goods
In the rare event that you receive damaged or defective goods, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We may request photographic evidence of damage or defects to support the return process. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged or defective item, and we will gladly replace it for you.

3. Incorrect Order
If you receive the wrong item in your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will coordinate with you to arrange a return and provide a replacement or refund, depending on your choice.

4. Non-Returnable Items
